PAO – Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PAO account and its associated data at any time, directly inside the app. No email and no waiting period are needed.

How to delete your account

Open PAO and sign inUse the account you want to delete.
Go to SettingsTap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap "Delete Account"Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen, just below Logout.
Confirm with "Delete"Read the message and tap Delete. You are signed out right away.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once you confirm, your account cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

The following is permanently removed from our database as soon as you confirm:

AccountYour login (email and password)

ProfileName, email, phone number, bio and profile photo reference

ListingsAll items you posted

Requests and messagesRequests you sent or received and messages you sent

WishlistItems you saved

FeedbackRatings and reviews you gave or received

What may be kept

Image files you uploaded (profile photo and item photos) are stored separately from your account records. After deletion they are no longer linked to any account or listing, but the files themselves may stay in storage for a short time. To have them removed, email us and we will delete them.

Apart from this, we do not keep any of your personal data after deletion, unless the law requires us to.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email us from the address you registered with. Use the subject "PAO account deletion request" and we will delete your account and data.
